Which dashboard will open?
Creators open the Creator Dashboard. Brands open their own account in the Brand Dashboard. Production accounts return to their listing workspace. Your existing access and approval rules stay in place.
Do I need a new account?
No. Use your existing Google sign-in. Your profile, Inbox and saved account work stay connected to the website. Some phones ask you to sign in once inside the installed app. Sign-out or an expired session requires signing in again.
Does it work without internet?
Opening your dashboard, sending messages and saving changes need internet access. HC shows a reconnect screen when a supported app page cannot load; private conversations and dashboard data are not stored for offline browsing.
How do updates work?
The app uses the current website. Reopen or reload after an update. If you are editing a profile, save your draft before refreshing.
