CLEAR EXPECTATIONS FOR GOOD COLLABORATIONS

These Terms of Service apply to HyderabadCreators.com, operated under the Hyderabad Creators brand from Hyderabad, India. The website helps creators showcase their work and helps brands discover collaborators, with support for content production and influencer marketing projects. By creating an account or using our collaboration services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register or submit content.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register or enter a commercial collaboration through the service. Provide accurate information, use an account you are entitled to use, and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Google sign-in is an optional way to authenticate. It does not publish a profile, approve an account for creator editing, verify every linked social account or give us access to your Gmail inbox. Google and other external services have their own terms.

2. Profiles, permissions and content

You remain responsible for the information and work you submit. Do not invent audience figures, brand partnerships, awards, qualifications or identity claims. Only upload media you own or have permission to use, including appropriate permission from people shown in it.

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content for publication, you give Hyderabad Creators a non-exclusive permission to host, format and display that approved content on the platform, including directory cards, profiles and media kits, for the purpose of operating the service. This does not transfer ownership or authorise unrelated advertising use of your work.

You may request correction or removal. Approved public material can be shared or printed by visitors; removal from our website cannot recall copies already downloaded by others. Account, security, consent and revision records may need to be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Discovery and collaboration enquiries

A listing, shortlist or enquiry is an introduction, not an accepted booking or a guarantee of availability, suitability, audience reach, income or campaign results. Creator information and service details can change. Confirm relevant facts before making a commitment.

Some projects may involve Hyderabad Creators providing campaign management or coordination services. Our role and responsibilities for those projects will be stated in the project agreement or proposal.

4. Packages, pricing and project agreements

Displayed package prices may be fixed, starting prices, ranges or requests for a quote. They do not create a binding project agreement by themselves. Before work starts, the relevant parties should agree in writing on scope, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, expenses, payment dates, turnaround, revisions, approvals, cancellation and refunds.

Producing content for a brand and publishing content to a creator’s own audience are different services. Paid-ad usage, duration, exclusivity, raw files, licences and reposting rights must be expressly agreed. Do not assume they are included because a portfolio or package is visible.

This version of the platform’s package enquiry feature does not collect payment or hold money in escrow. Project-specific agreements govern agreed payments and cancellation arrangements, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Respectful and lawful use

Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing material, harass users, send spam, disclose another person’s private information without permission, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass account access controls. Creators and brands are responsible for lawful content and any advertising disclosures required for their work.

We may review, hide or remove content and limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach, fraud, security risk or legal obligation. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision is incorrect.

6. Writing assistance and editorial content

Profile-writing helpers provide editable starting points based on information you supply. Review them for accuracy before saving or publishing. Assistance does not establish proof of a claim or guarantee a commercial outcome. Editorial articles and guides are general information, not a substitute for advice suited to a particular project.

7. External services and availability

Links and media may take you to services operated by Google, social platforms or other third parties. Their availability, features and terms are outside our control. We aim to keep the website useful and available, but maintenance, technical problems or external service changes may interrupt access.

8. Responsibility and your rights

Each participant remains responsible for their own representations, content and agreed project obligations. We do not guarantee that a third party will enter or fulfil a collaboration. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or a consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Leaving the service and changes

You may stop using the service and request account or profile removal using the contact details below. Leaving does not automatically cancel a separate project agreement or obligations already incurred. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.

10. Questions and resolving issues

Contact Hyderabad Creators first so we can understand and try to resolve an issue. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without taking away any mandatory rights you may have. Any separate project agreement should identify the parties and applicable dispute arrangements.
