Privacy Policy
YOUR INFORMATION, EXPLAINED
Last updated: 5 September 2026
This policy explains how Hyderabad Creators, the service operating HyderabadCreators.com from Hyderabad, India, handles information when you browse, sign in, create a profile or discuss a collaboration. The platform connects creators and brands and supports creator discovery, content production and influencer marketing collaborations.
1. Information we handle
- Account information: your name, email address, account identifier and information needed to sign you in and maintain your account.
- Creator information you provide: your introduction, biography, general location, languages, content interests, social links, portfolio media, availability and service packages.
- Collaboration information: enquiries, briefs, correspondence and the details you choose to share about a project.
- Permissions and records: publication approvals, media permissions, changes to records and security or moderation activity.
- Technical information: cookies and similar storage needed for sign-in and preferences. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and error logs to operate and protect the website.
2. Signing in with Google
Google sign-in is optional and is provided through Nextend Social Login and WordPress. When you choose it, Google asks you to authorise the information shown on its consent screen. For basic sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and, where available, profile-picture URL. The login integration may also store an authentication access token where provided and supported by its configuration.
We use this information to create or recognise your account, authenticate you and support account access. We do not receive your Google password. Basic Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or YouTube analytics. A Google account used for sign-in does not automatically become a publicly verified creator social account.
Google sign-in information is not sold, used for targeted advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models. Access is limited to operating and securing the login service, support with your permission, and disclosures required by law. A future feature that needs additional Google data would require a separate explanation and permission.
You can review or remove the connection through your Google Account connections. Removing Google’s permission stops future authorised access but does not by itself delete the account or information already held by Hyderabad Creators. Contact us if you also want that information deleted. Google’s own processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, display approved creator profiles and work, help visitors discover suitable creators, respond to enquiries, coordinate requested collaborations, maintain permissions and record history, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. We do not treat a sign-in as approval to publish a creator profile or to send marketing messages.
4. Public profiles and media kits
Published profiles can show the information and media approved for public display, including public social links, services, prices and separately approved audience insights. Visitors may view, share or print public media kits. Draft profiles and private working records are restricted to authorised users.
Do not put private contact details or confidential client information into public fields or portfolio media. Once information is public, third parties may copy it or search engines may index it. Hiding or removing it from our website cannot recall copies or PDF files that other people have already downloaded.
5. Who may receive information
Information may be handled by authorised Hyderabad Creators staff and service providers that support hosting, account authentication, website maintenance and communications. Google receives requests when you choose Google sign-in. These providers may process information in locations outside India according to their services and applicable requirements.
Public profile information is visible to visitors, including brands. We share private project information with relevant participants when needed for a collaboration you request or authorise. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety. Private account credentials and authentication tokens are not public profile information.
6. Cookies and browser storage
WordPress uses cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and related settings. The Saved creators feature currently stores your choices in your browser, so those choices may not appear on another device. You can clear browser storage to remove these local choices; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. External media or social platforms opened from this website apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
7. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for your account, requested services, permissions, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised. Deletion may take time to reach backups, and limited records may need to remain where law, dispute handling or security requires them.
We use access controls and authentication safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw profile-publication permission, restrict public display, or delete your account and associated creator information, subject to applicable obligations. Contact us using the details below and say which account or profile your request concerns. We may ask for reasonable verification of ownership; do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Signing out, revoking Google access and deleting an account are different actions. If you want to leave the platform, ask us to remove both your login account and any associated creator profile, media and connected-account records. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason.
9. Young users
Account registration and commercial collaboration services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted inappropriately, contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The updated date appears at the top. Material changes to how Google information is accessed or used require appropriate notice and permission.
For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact Hyderabad Creators: aamersiddiqui1984@gmail.com. You can also use our Contact page.
Connected Instagram and YouTube accounts
Connecting a social account is optional and separate from signing in. If you authorize a connection, Hyderabad Creators reads the selected account’s platform identifier, profile name, public profile URL and supported statistics. Instagram connections use professional Creator or Business accounts. YouTube connections read the authorized channel’s subscriber count, view count and public video count. YouTube may round or withhold subscriber counts.
We use this information to show your personal dashboard and, only when you choose, selected statistics on your approved public profile and media kit. Access and refresh tokens are protected in server-side storage and are not sent to public pages. We do not request your social password. This connection does not authorize posting, messaging, reading Gmail or Google Drive, or accessing advertising revenue. Imported Google and YouTube data is not sold, used for targeted advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Statistics are refreshed periodically, normally every six hours when the site’s scheduled tasks run. Public figures show when they were last updated; figures more than 48 hours old are hidden. This release keeps the latest imported statistics rather than a permanent historical analytics archive. Stale imported statistics are cleared by the scheduled cleanup before 30 days.
You can change public visibility or choose “Disconnect and delete imported statistics” in Your space → Connected accounts. Disconnecting removes the connection’s saved tokens and statistics from our active database and attempts to revoke platform access. It does not delete your social account, posts or separately supplied creator profile. You can also revoke access through your platform account settings; revoked access detected on refresh stops synchronization and clears imported connection data. Instagram platform deauthorization/deletion callbacks also remove the imported connection. Limited service security and consent records and backup copies may remain subject to the retention practices described above.
This website uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-connected features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy and manage or revoke access in Google Account permissions. Contact Hyderabad Creators through the contact details in this policy to request deletion of associated account data.
